NYC Loft
Empty nesters discovered a truly wonderful NYC loft apartment nestled in the highly sought-after Chelsea neighborhood, but the only issue was that the apartment seemed to lack the soul and character they desired. Previously, the apartment had served as a bachelor pad for a prominent New York restauranteur, and while the kitchen had been outfitted with high-end Poggenpohl cabinets, it offered little else in terms of charm and atmosphere. In response to this, we thoughtfully outfitted the home with a beautifully curved sofa to soften the stark industrial feel and serve as a stunning visual sculpture within the space. By mixing vintage pieces with new elements, along with carefully selected art and vibrant pops of color, we transformed the loft into an oasis of warmth and inviting comfort amid the bustling city life.
