Refreshed Colonial

This c. 1890 home had fabulous bones and the clients love that about the home, but their taste is more modern. We honored the turn of the century architecture keeping the walls, trim paint and simple drapes in shades of white. Even the fireplace surround was updated to a bianco dolomite marble. The modernity is reflected in the furnishings and art. We selected tailored pieces in classic navy mixing with boutique fabrics on vintage pieces. The overall effect is timeless.
